I think there’s something to the idea that there are “disciples” who are not even aware of the wider, broader, more beautiful world of entering into God’s Spirit. Following Jesus is not just a gospel of sin management; it ought to call us into a sweeping world of knowing and being known by the Soul of the Universe, God’s Spirit Herself.
